Job Duties
- Prepare dough by measuring, mixing, kneading, and fermenting ingredients according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Monitor baking process to ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Check product quality, appearance, and freshness before packaging
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages
- Assist in developing new bread varieties if required
- Ensure timely production to meet daily sales demand
