- availability for day or night shifts
- ability to work 8-hour shifts and mandatory overtime

Job Duties
- Prepares cakes for icing
- pushes or pulls bakery racks of product to cake room
- pulls individual cakes from totes and removes baking paper
- cuts or splits cakes horizontally for icing or filling
- operates cake slabber to slice cakes
- places cakes on conveyor for icing
- prepares icings and fillings using commercial mixers if trained
- retrieves and handles supplies including heavy crates
- applies icing using bowl knives and pastry bags
- decorates cakes with borders and designs
- applies toppings like crumbs and nuts
- fills pastry bags and pastries
- assembles napoleon pastries
- cleans and sets up work area for production runs
- loads and operates bowl washers
- washes utensils and wipes down countertops
- maneuvers work tables and carts
- transports finished products to freezer
- works collaboratively on production line
