Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid food handler’s card by first date of work
  • basic understanding of English preferred
  • basic math skills required
  • ability to stand for eight-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • preferred 1+ years professional baking experience
  • reliable transportation
  • physical ability to walk up to two miles per shift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to work in warm environments exposed to flour and grain dusts

Job Qualifications

  • ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds
  • preferred 1+ years of professional baking experience

Job Duties

  • produce high-quality artisan breads and pastries
  • maintain efficiency and adhere to FSMA requirements
  • operate baking equipment in a high-volume production environment
  • collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • follow safety and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory of baking ingredients
  • participate in training and skill development programs
