Job Requirements
- must maintain a valid food handler's card
- ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in warm and flour-dust environments
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid food handler's card by first day of work
- basic math skills
- ability to understand and speak basic English preferred
- 1+ year professional baking experience preferred but not required
- reliable transportation
- physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and carry heavy loads
Job Duties
- produce high quality artisan breads and pastries in a high-volume setting
- maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with FSMA
- operate baking equipment efficiently and safely
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- stand and move throughout entire shifts
- lift and carry ingredients and products weighing up to 50 pounds
- participate in training programs to develop baking skills
