Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • food handler’s card required or obtained by first day of work
  • basic math skills
  • ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • reliable transportation
  • availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in warm environments with exposure to flour and grain dust

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • maintains food handler's card or valid card by first work date
  • basic math skills
  • ability to communicate in English preferred
  • reliable transportation
  • 1 or more years of professional baking experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • prepare and bake artisan breads and savory pastries in a high-volume production environment
  • adhere to food safety and FSMA regulations
  • maintain quality standards and consistency in all baked goods
  • work cooperatively within a production team to meet daily production goals
  • stand and move throughout entire shifts
  • operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • participate in ongoing training and skill development
