Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- food handler’s card required or obtained by first day of work
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- reliable transportation
- availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in warm environments with exposure to flour and grain dust
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- maintains food handler's card or valid card by first work date
- basic math skills
- ability to communicate in English preferred
- reliable transportation
- 1 or more years of professional baking experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- prepare and bake artisan breads and savory pastries in a high-volume production environment
- adhere to food safety and FSMA regulations
- maintain quality standards and consistency in all baked goods
- work cooperatively within a production team to meet daily production goals
- stand and move throughout entire shifts
- operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- participate in ongoing training and skill development
