Job Requirements
- Background in baking or a similar role
- Knowledge of baking procedures, standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Food safety certification
- Basic mathematical skills and numeracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Ability to use personal protective equipment and wear designated uniforms

Job Duties
- Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up your workstation with all the required baking supplies and equipment
- Complete the necessary steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and more to prepare the ingredients
- Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils, like knives, for food preparation tasks
- Store food in a manner that aligns with food safety policies and procedures
- Follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
