Job Requirements

  • Experience in baking or similar role
  • Food safety certification required
  • Basic math and numeracy proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear PPE and designated uniforms
  • Adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols

  • Knowledge of baking procedures, benchmarks, and health standards compliance
  • Food safety certification required
  • Basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism during interactions

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with required baking supplies and equipment
  • Quantify, weigh, blend, and prepare ingredients for baking
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers safely
  • Adhere to safety precautions when handling utensils like knives
  • Store food according to food safety policies and procedures
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Follow Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
  • Secure company property by observing designated security protocols
