Job Duties

- learn and apply dough proofing and texture assessment
- stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds independently
- follow safety guidelines in a hot production environment
- collaborate effectively in a team-driven production process
- participate in a two-week training period and continuous learning
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
