Job Duties
- Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
- Complete necessary steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and more to prepare ingredients
- Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils like knives for food preparation tasks
- Store food in a manner that aligns with food safety policies and procedures
- Follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
- Ensure top-notch customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor when assisting guests, customers, clients, coworkers, and other individuals
- Adhere to Aramark safety regulations, encompassing specific guidelines for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Secure company property by strictly observing designated security protocols
