Job Requirements

- capability to lift and handle heavy bags of flour sugar and other ingredients up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in working with hot ovens and baking equipment

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in baking or food production preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina
- attention to detail and quality
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts cookies pastries cakes and bread
- operate ovens and baking equipment to ensure proper temperature and cooking consistency
- monitor ingredient inventory procure supplies as needed and organize ingredient storage
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools workstations and utensils
- perform regular quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet bakery standards in appearance texture and flavor
- follow daily par sheets to meet production targets
- comply with health department standards and company food safety guidelines
