Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
physical ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift and handle heavy materials up to 50 pounds
familiarity with working with heated ovens and baking appliances
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends
adherence to company food safety standards
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions

Job Duties

engage in the process of making and baking a varied selection of baked delicacies like pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread

monitor ingredient quantities on hand, procure supplies when needed, and organize ingredient storage efficiently
keep baking tools, workstations, and cooking utensils free from dirt and germs to uphold a safe and healthy workspace
conduct frequent evaluations of baked goods to ensure they satisfy the bakery's expectations in terms of looks, feel, and flavor
