Job Requirements
- ability to represent and support big y's culture of caring while living our mission & vision

- must be proficient in baking and ordering (as assigned) for the entire sales areas of the bakery department
- must project a clean and professional appearance
- ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards
- willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed

- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- adhere to traditional recipes and uphold the high-quality standards set by big y
- supervise the proofing, shaping, and baking procedures to ensure uniformity
- provide support to clients with unique requests, personalized cake designs, and suggestions for products
- manage ordering and inventory for the bakery department
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- collaborate with team members to meet bakery production goals
