Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- maintain a valid Food Handler's Card
- basic math skills required
- demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- working knowledge of basic English preferred
- professional baking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Bake mixes form fermentation proofing of all products
- understands use of all equipment on bread production floor
- maintain accurate counts
- meet quality and production pace expectations
- follow FSMA guidelines and maintain food safety records
- perform quality control of product and report unusable loaves
- record mix times and dough temperatures accurately
- communicate equipment issues supply concerns maintenance and shortages
- know all bread products and describe properties
- use checklists and training documents for accurate baking process
- be aware of and communicate final product goals
- understand financial goals of department and impact of lost product
