Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred not required
- six months of recent manufacturing experience needed
- must be able to perform basic math functions
- must be comfortable working in a hot environment
- comfortable with overtime as needed
- comfortable with potential working weekends

Job Duties
- Decorate batteries according to customer requirements
- stack batteries on and off the assembly line
- retrieve specs from computer terminal
- maintain adequate decoration stock on line
- stack off rejects to pallet
- palletize batteries to customer requirements using SAP BES procedures and equipment
- maintain accurate production counts and fill customer orders as completely as possible
- participate in developing and improving Standard Work Practices for each area and review their effectiveness through team meetings
- service equipment such as washer and dryer
- clean or wipe batteries as needed
- repair posts on batteries as needed
- keep work area clean and orderly
- clean machines and area per shift
- perform regular preventative maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
