Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one year or more of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience
- able to read and understand English
- able to bend and lift 50 or more pounds
- proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- workable knowledge of warehouse management systems
- forklift certification preferred
- safety-conscious with the ability to follow procedures and wear required safety equipment

- workable knowledge of warehouse management systems and business processes
- ability to work closely with warehouse manager to troubleshoot and solve receiving and inventory problems
- strong concern for safety and adherence to safety procedures and equipment use
Job Duties
- perform inventory control including cycle counts, material stocking, and scrapping
- assist in managing material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintaining material condition requirements
- move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
- inspect received materials for quality and accuracy
- sort and place materials in designated locations
- mark materials with identifying information for tracking
- record amounts of material or items received and distributed
- maintain timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics
- record material handling data and information clearly and concisely according to standard operating procedures
- work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete kitting and delivery tasks as per shift schedule
- assist with month-end inventory counts and warehouse preparation including cleaning, sorting, and labeling parts
- place orders for parts as directed and follow up on order status
