Job Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to adjust to temperature changes ranging from lower 40s to above 100 degrees
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment
- Ability to stand for prolonged activity jobs
- Team player with good communication skills

Job Duties
- Understand and apply KHMS practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving
- Maintain quality standards by checking seals, code dates, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, temperature
- Accurately insert components in cartons, take weights, and record data
- Ensure supplies are used on the production line
- Operate packing or filling equipment
- Perform recordkeeping on manual, computer, and other systems
- Maintain housekeeping and Kraft quality standards in the work area
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform sanitation and maintenance tasks such as change-overs, set-ups, pit stops, minor maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication
- Follow GMP guidelines
- Participate as an active member of Safety and Continuous Improvement Teams
- Complete training on department upgrade and relief positions
- Perform additional duties as directed by Team Leader and Shift Leader
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
