Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must adhere to attendance policy
  • Willing to work near others for extended periods
  • Able to work in fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
  • Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures
  • Willing to handle materials with odors using protective equipment
  • Able to stand for most of the shift
  • Able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach as needed
  • Able to lift or move materials for most of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in production or garment handling preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Basic physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Locate uniform rental garments or emblems based on order sheets
  • Assemble garments according to specified guidelines
  • Grade the usefulness and condition of used garments
  • Receive and process new garment inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Meet or exceed production quantity and quality standards
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
