Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Willing to work near others for extended periods
- Able to work in fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
- Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures
- Willing to handle materials with odors using protective equipment
- Able to stand for most of the shift
- Able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach as needed
- Able to lift or move materials for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in production or garment handling preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Basic physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Locate uniform rental garments or emblems based on order sheets
- Assemble garments according to specified guidelines
- Grade the usefulness and condition of used garments
- Receive and process new garment inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Meet or exceed production quantity and quality standards
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
