Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and carry materials
- ability to stand for extended periods
- comfortable working in warm environments
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience
- experience in food manufacturing preferred
- ability to follow safety and quality protocols
- basic communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Safely operate high-powered machinery
- package baked products
- mix ingredients as required
- move and stack materials and equipment
- examine and reject products that do not meet specifications
- observe and resolve production issues to reduce waste
- maintain good manufacturing practices and food safety standards
