Job Requirements
- High School graduate with 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical processing or pilot plant environment or Bachelor of Science degree with science major and 0 years of experience
- Must be capable of wearing required PPE, including masks and respirators
- Must be capable of working in a cleanroom environment and meeting necessary hygiene requirements
- Good written and verbal language skills and ability to follow SOPs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- cGMP and clean room experience is a plus
- Covid-19 vaccination

Job Duties
- Manufactures product according to company processes, procedures and GMP requirements
- Weighs out raw chemicals and ingredients and charges into processing tanks
- Controls equipment and systems that processes chemical substances into bulk batches
- Observes chemical reactions, monitors gauges, signals, and recorders
- Makes adjustment to operating settings, as needed
- Handles hazardous materials and hazardous waste in compliance with local, federal, and company guidelines
- Issues daily reports and updates to management team
- Draws samples of product for laboratory analysis
- Completes batch record and SOP documentation according to cGMPs
- Records operating data such as process conditions, test results and instrument readings
- Completes other production tasks as required, including filling, assembly, inspection, packaging and shipping tasks as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
