Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of concert production preferred
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Assist production coordinator with day-of-show tasks, including communication with musicians, crew, stagehands, and staff
  • Set up and take down rope and stanchion aisles for Riverside Music series
  • Set up and take down video recording equipment for various events
  • Serve as show runner to source and collect items and transport artists, artist company members, and crew
  • Provide load-in, placement, and set-up of tents, tables, and chairs for promotion and merchandise sales
  • Disassemble and store equipment after events
  • Serve as a public-facing representative during events, staffing the information tent, assisting audience members, and collecting donations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
