Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food preparation or grill operation role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use grill and kitchen equipment safely
- Good vision and hearing
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards
- Physical strength to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare grill products to order within 5-8 minutes
- Use grill equipment including grill, bun toaster, spatula, meat fork, and CRT
- Monitor and adjust cooking times and equipment temperatures
- Restock supplies and sanitize work area
- Follow safety, security, uniform, and company rules
- Maintain good personal hygiene and uniform standards
- Perform any other assigned tasks
