Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience or strong interest in logistics coordination and reception duties
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at the front desk
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in logistics, shipping and reception or a similar role
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- High school diploma required
- further education or certification in logistics, accounting or office administration is a plus
Job Duties
- Create, manage and document all shipping paperwork including packing slips and bills of lading
- Schedule and coordinate shipments ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of orders
- Collaborate with production teams to verify product availability and readiness for shipment
- Maintain and update logistics records and databases
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed
- Manage reception area and maintain a welcoming environment
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying and faxing
