Kraft Heinz is a globally recognized leader in the food and beverage industry, known for producing a wide range of quality products enjoyed by millions. The Cedar Rapids facility, located at 4601 C Street SW, is a critical part of their manufacturing network. This plant operates on a 3-shift schedule and employs approximately 200 hourly staff members. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a manufacturing or packing environment preferred
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs above your head
- ability to work in environments with extremes of hot and cold temperatures
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- committed to safety and quality standards
- adherence to food safety policies
- willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

Job Duties
- pack soup
- load cases into Wexxar
- verify bag and case print
- operate Icontech
- perform GFS duties including inners, taping, stickering
- load totes into tote dumper
- complete all required documentation and IQS entries
- verify product quality including date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, label verification, case quality
- follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- perform other duties as assigned
