Job Requirements

  • Based in Costa Mesa, CA with required in-person attendance
  • Ability to travel throughout North and South America without restriction

  • Experience in group travel product development, contracting, or operations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in product development or operations for group trips
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with group travel in product, contracting, or operations
  • Curiosity and thoughtful approach to travel
  • Sharp attention to detail balanced with big picture thinking
  • Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of operational complexity in delivering immersive experiences
  • Passion for cultural connection, nature, and responsible tourism
  • Ability to monitor customer feedback and market trends
  • Knowledge of competitor landscape and new destination launches
  • Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and activity providers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft-based systems and technology

Job Duties

  • Develop and refine itineraries that deliver meaningful, experience-led travel
  • Identify and nurture local partnerships to deliver unique traveler experiences
  • Work closely with Marketing, Content, Contracting, and Operations teams to ensure sellable and deliverable tours
  • Manage the product process end to end including content checks and cross-departmental tasks
  • Monitor guest feedback and market trends to evolve product portfolio
  • Contribute to costing and positioning strategies for commercial success
  • Champion sustainability and responsible travel practices
