Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years warehouse or retail experience
- Experience with power equipment operation
- Ability to use computerized inventory management systems
- Must be able to work onsite in West Chester, PA
- Capability to work both first and second shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and product handling skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years related warehouse or retail experience
- Experience operating power equipment
- Proficiency with computerized inventory management systems
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as Work Savers, Reach Trucks and Order Pickers is helpful
- Ability to work in a high-definition environment with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills for vendor and team coordination
- Familiarity with multiple product and inventory management software
Job Duties
- Read and interpret show programming schedule and broadcast flow sheets to determine product needs
- Research color and size availability before pulling product
- Obtain product totes, boxes or bags and prepare products for presentation
- Examine products to ensure they are in optimum condition and working order
- Place orders for new samples when products are incomplete or damaged
- Contact buyers and vendors for last minute product additions
- Identify show items in new receipts and coordinate prep efforts
- Research and locate missing products using company systems
- Notify team lead of all product issues
- Assemble and prep products for live show including cleaning and testing
- Count and inspect items post-show for damages and completeness
- Investigate misplaced items and return them to inventory
