  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related roles in automotive, retail, or sales industries
  • Current California driver license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively and efficiently perform detailed customer education and delivery on all vehicle models
  • Ensure vehicles meet all pre-delivery checklist requirements
  • Program personalized settings prior to customer delivery
  • Set realistic expectations for delivery duration
  • Assess customer knowledge to tailor delivery experience
  • Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies focusing on customer comfort and retention
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery for additional support and education
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding vehicle technology
  • Direct customers to additional information resources
  • Conduct owner clinics and technology workshops
  • Utilize CRM for timely response to new leads
  • Follow up with lost sale prospects for customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer assistance in service waiting areas
  • Assist customers at the service drive with vehicle inquiries
  • Visit customer lounges to promote product concierge services
  • Train sales and service team members on key vehicle technologies
  • Answer product-related questions via phone and in-person
  • Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features
  • Assist management with department scheduling and planning
  • Share responsibility in leading sales meetings
  • Attend management meetings and assist preparations
  • Ensure dealership policies and procedures are followed
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department
  • Report new and used sold vehicles to manufacturers
  • Arrange vehicle transportation for customers
  • Follow up consistently with customers after vehicle sales
  • Update vehicle inventories in a timely manner
  • Manage service area customer flow and parking
  • Perform key reads and assist in customer check-in process
  • Escort customers to vehicles post service ensuring all queries are answered
  • Support service sales advisors as needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning
  • Deliver exemplary customer service through active listening and communication
  • Nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Integrate Rusnak Standards with personal values in all interactions
