Job Requirements
- fluency in spreadsheets including google docs and excel
- proficiency with meeting platforms such as teams zoom and google meets
- experience with presentation building tools like keynote and pptx
- familiarity with file storage systems such as box and sharepoint
- commitment to project management systems like wrike asana or monday
- dedication to effective expense reporting
- strong experience drafting and managing production documents timelines workbacks and runs of show
- effective communication with clients and internal agency teams
- ability to set up and manage meetings with clear agendas
- skilled in sending timely notes and follow-ups
- experience leading internal and client calls
- proven ability to lead projects as main point of leadership
- experience managing project budgets
- willingness to travel approximately 50% to event locations
- availability to work onsite at events and from company office and home as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and production with proven track record in experiential events and activations
- exceptional organizational and project management skills
- strong leadership skills managing diverse teams and fostering positive work environment
- excellent problem-solving abilities with proactive approach
- strong financial acumen managing large budgets and delivering profitable events
- passion for experiential trends and unforgettable experiences
- proficiency in spreadsheet software and willingness to learn new technologies

Job Duties
- manage experiences across north america and globally ranging from pop-ups to large-scale events
- act as a strategic partner providing expert advice and innovative solutions
- demonstrate comprehensive budget management skills including development through reconciliation
- lead resource planning including coordination of internal teams freelancers and vendors
- utilize event experience to identify and resolve potential issues ensuring smooth event operations
- foster a collaborative environment among producers associate producers and temporary staff
- organize and maintain all production documents and communication with teams clients and vendors effectively
