Job Requirements

  • Be based in Miami (ideal) or West Palm Beach area
  • Willingness to work in office at least four days a week

  • Experience in event production with focus on luxury and high-profile clientele
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events

Job Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in high-profile event production preferably in financial services
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in managing complex travel logistics and high-profile guest services
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives or high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to develop and present high-level reporting to senior leadership
  • Problem-solving mindset with calmness under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile client-hosted events
  • Oversee event elements including venue selection, logistics, creative direction, vendor management, production execution, and post-event evaluations
  • Develop and manage production timelines, run-of-show schedules, and contingency plans
  • Ensure event components align with client and agency brand and quality standards
  • Travel as needed for on-site event execution with hands-on leadership
  • Serve as point of contact between agency and client acting as trusted advisor
  • Communicate with stakeholders, teams, and vendors for strategic alignment
  • Provide regular status updates on event progress and challenges
  • Manage ancillary experiences like executive dinners and private receptions with attention to detail
  • Oversee event budgets ensuring cost-effective quality solutions
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
  • Partner with creative teams for brand-aligned event collateral
  • Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans
  • Lead crisis management efforts on-site with quick decision-making
