Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Capability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

- Ability to learn basic knowledge of all produce products

Job Duties
- Ensure a fresh and appealing produce display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products
- Assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- Monitor and prevent spoilage and communicate waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisors
- Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
- Assist with periodic inventory checks
- Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly and model suggestive selling techniques
- Maximize sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of produce
- Follow and ensure compliance with established procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
