Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk 6 to 8 hours per day
- ability to perform hand use tasks such as single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Receive and prepare produce product
- maintain the produce floor and displays
- break down deliveries and stock shelves
- keep cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products
- assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- monitor and prevent spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervision
- complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
- assist with periodic inventory checks
- provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques
- follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- report safety hazards immediately
- perform other duties assigned by leadership
