Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jack or forklift
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus
- Ability to operate a pallet jack or forklift

Job Duties
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding produce items, providing knowledgeable recommendations and support
- Ensure all produce is fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing to customers
- Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking for quality, and organizing stock on shelves
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move products as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance
