Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Associate's degree or 6 months of related experience or training or combination of equivalent education/training
- Completion of company orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce online ordering training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function in detailed and precise tasks
- Ability to work with customers and stay attentive to their needs
- Ability to lift and manage weight according to department requirements
- Willingness to train and supervise others
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 6 months of related experience and/or training
- Completion of company orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce online ordering training
- Expert knowledge of department production stations including quality standards, setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, production planners, procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or partners
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Serve as backup to department manager and work opposite shift to manager
- Help prepare department work schedules
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws
- Assist with inventory control

- Assist in all technical areas as needed
- Perform representative or specialist duties frequently

- Use suggestive selling techniques and advanced product knowledge to meet customer needs and build department sales
- Merchandise products effectively
- Slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products for poor quality
- Comply with department and store operating procedures
- Clean and sanitize sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment
