Job Requirements
- True open availability including weekends
- Ability to frequently reach, lift, and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs

- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Maintains atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast and friendly service
- Assists customers by making product suggestions
- Engages in suggestive selling via telephone, in-store intercom, and one-on-one interaction
- Answers and responds to incoming calls appropriately
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and reports to Store Director
- Ensures adequate product quantity, quality, and freshness
- Prepares, stocks, rotates, trims, cuts, wraps, trays, displays, and waters produce
- Maintains and organizes produce cooler and tables
- Builds produce displays and discards outdated or spoiled products
- Ensures cleanliness of work area and department
- Implements promotional and seasonal displays
- Maintains Salad Bar and Fresh-Made areas where applicable
- Follows department standards and opening/closing procedures
- Ensures enforcement of proper product code dating
- Assists with physical inventory every four weeks
- Uses equipment like pallet jack, hand truck, knives, scissors, safety cutters, and Sterilox machine
- Performs receiving duties including verifying orders and inspecting quality
- Maintains accurate department records and paperwork
- Ensures proper product signing with accurate pricing and labeling
- Complies with safety, sanitation, and grooming standards
- Performs all duties safely, accurately, and with integrity
