Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of related work experience
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to visually distinguish colors and identify freshness
- able to work night and weekend shifts
- willingness to adhere to company policies and guidelines
- ability to report to work as scheduled and on time
- successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, noting and passing along customer suggestions
- answers the telephone and provides helpful service
- works as a team with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains clean work areas
- reviews merchandise for freshness and ensures adequate product supply
- checks in product, stores it properly, and reviews invoices
- removes trash in a timely manner
- prepares and replenishes products
- adheres to personal hygiene and company policies
- orders product and supplies as needed
- prices products
- delivers orders and assists other store areas
- performs other job related duties and special projects
