Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use equipment such as trash compactor and slicers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies
- Knowledge of retail food business and perishable department operations
Job Duties
- Engage with guests by providing outstanding customer service in-person and via phone
- Maintain stock levels ensuring all items are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Rotate products using the first-in, first-out method to ensure freshness
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety by keeping the sales floor and cooler clean and organized, logging temperatures, and completing rotation sheets
- Maintain produce supplies and cooler including ordering specific products as needed
- Perform other teamwork duties to support the team
- Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and appropriate absence notification
