Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- have the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain respect for others and uphold a high code of ethics
- possess a positive attitude
- have good communication skills
- able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and walking long distances
- follow all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures guidelines
- be able to perform additional related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- be at least 16 years of age
- be dependable and reliable
- have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- have a positive attitude and good communication skills
- be able to interact with customers and work well in a team
- be capable of performing repetitious tasks, multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organized
- able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift
- adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
Job Duties
- stock the Produce department including product presentation, facing, filling, and organization
- ensure tag and pricing accuracy
- properly stock and rotate merchandise
- trim, water, and merchandise produce for freshness
- maintain inventory control to maximize freshness and availability
- provide friendly and helpful customer assistance
- adhere to safety and health regulations
