Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- reliable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- demonstrate mutual respect and uphold company ethics
- maintain a positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
- effective communication and team collaboration skills
- ability to perform repetitive tasks and multitask
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
- willing to walk up to 5 miles per shift
- comply with safety and health regulations
- perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- stocking the produce department
- presenting, facing, filling and organizing produce items according to department schematics
- ensuring tag and pricing accuracy
- rotating and merchandising products including trimming and watering
- maintaining proper inventory control to maximize freshness and availability
- answering customer questions with friendliness and helpfulness
- performing other related duties as assigned
