Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to understand written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to operate machine controls repeatedly and accurately
- Ability to read and interpret measurement tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to follow all safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Sanitizing utensils and equipment
- Measuring and blending menstruum
- Simple formula mixing
- Filtering procedures
- Monitoring kettle processes
- Operating machinery
- Documentation and quality control
- Maintaining organized, safe, and clean work environment
- Communicating with lab technicians and production managers
- Participating in development and improvement of standard operating procedures
- Inspecting production records
- Reporting nonconforming product or environmental concerns
- Performing additional duties as assigned
