Job Requirements
- manufacturing and/or technical experience preferred but not required
- experience with food safety practices
- experience working in a team environment
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 3rd shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, plus overtime as needed

Job Duties
- assembling raw materials to prepare syrup ingredients
- dispensing and weighing ingredients accurately according to recipe specifications
- mixing and blending syrup products ensuring consistency and quality
- conducting quality checks throughout the production process
- monitoring and controlling inventory levels for raw materials and work-in-progress syrup
- collaborating with scheduling and manufacturing teams to maintain continuous syrup flow
- adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
