Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of forklift experience
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Knowledge of POS systems, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Typing speed of 55 words per minute
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Ability to work assigned shifts consistently
- Demonstrated success in team-oriented environments
- Willingness to learn and manage deadlines with minimal direction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk and hear
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching processing center personnel while implementing company policies as established by the Store Committee and Board of Directors
- Manage departmental structure, development, and proper production of all thrift store merchandise and vendor product
- Ensure that all found money and accidental donation processes and procedures are followed
- Plan and manage projects related to departmental functions and support change with direct reports
- Respond appropriately and creatively to the challenges of operating a profitable facility via sales promotion and expense controls
- Oversee the supervision of the entire processing team and maintain proper communication and support, holding weekly meetings by department
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, service-oriented environment by modeling expected behavior and promoting teamwork and good morale among staff
