Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Certified Food Manager License (WI) or willing to obtain
  • Leadership ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technology proficiency
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety policies
  • Ability to apply safety training
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel regularly

Job Qualifications

  • WI Certified Food Manager License (or willing to obtain)

  • Ability to apply safety training to identify hazards

  • Lead the processed meats area
  • Ensure quality and freshness of products
  • Create attractive and organized displays
  • Support and guide team members
  • Step in for Meat Department Manager as needed
  • Assist guests with product selection
  • Manage inventory and pricing
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Meet daily department goals
