Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to work 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed
  • Physical ability to lift and move 50 lbs regularly
  • Willingness to wear steel-toed safety shoes
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mentality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Knowledge of personal and company safety, food safety, and product purity procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and other departments
  • Ability to work overtime and perform line setup and shutdown
  • Ability to train and develop others on equipment and line operations
  • OPM and PC experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and skills preferred
  • Lift truck license preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up production equipment for creme, capper, and other machinery
  • Operate and monitor production lines to ensure product quality
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records using the OPM system
  • Collaborate with team members across departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Minimize waste during production processes
