Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to work 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to wear steel-toed safety shoes
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- OPM and PC experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and skills preferred
- Lift truck license preferred
Job Duties
- Set up production equipment for creme, capper, and other machinery
- Operate and monitor production lines to ensure product quality
- Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment adjustments
- Maintain accurate records using the OPM system
- Collaborate with team members across departments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Minimize waste during production processes
