Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in environments with garlic, butter, flour, and dust
- Ability to think critically and develop daily production strategies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role
- Communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Computer literate: ability to update excel spreadsheets and write emails using outlook
- Capable of working in environment of garlic, butter, flour, and dust
Job Duties
- Provide support to the production supervisor
- Provide daily direction to team members based on relevant information and daily production goals
- Maintain open communication with management to ensure that schedule is obtainable
- Work as a team and support the other process line leads as needed
- Develop strategy to execute daily production commitments which requires the ability of critical thinking
- Adhere to all CGMP, AIB, FDA, SQF, FSMA & GFSI mandates
