Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a process manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Travel up to 50 percent domestically and internationally
- Must have or be able to obtain a passport
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand 50 to 75 percent of the day
- Ability to sit 25 to 50 percent of the day
- Ability to twist and bend 50 to 75 percent of the day
- Ability to squat, climb, or crawl 20 percent of the day
Job Qualifications

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask

- Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mini-Tab, or similar software
Job Duties
- Assist new product development projects in compliance with procedures, programs, and policies
- Develop and execute design of experiments for pilot plant and production scale-up
- Analyze experimental data to identify results and improvement opportunities
- Analyze product, process, and quality data for cost reduction and improvement
- Ensure production data accuracy and compliance with ISO and QMS standards
- Develop work instructions and provide training on new equipment and processes
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Lead the installation and start-up of new processes and equipment
- Operate pilot plant machinery and perform regular technical testing
- Provide support for production, product, and quality issues
