- minimum of 2 years experience in retail operations or related field

Job Duties
- Overseeing the pro shop's daily activities including opening and closing procedures
- managing transactions scheduling tee times and handling customer inquiries using the point-of-sale system
- assisting with and overseeing inventory control including ordering stocking and maintaining merchandise
- organizing displays managing special orders and ensuring the shop is appealing to customers
- helping with planning preparation and execution of tournaments and golf-related events
- collecting fees processing payments and managing financial reports related to the pro shop
- assisting with marketing efforts to promote the pro shop and its offerings
- providing excellent customer service interacting with members and guests and addressing inquiries and complaints
- recruiting hiring training and supervising pro shop staff including scheduling and payroll
- ensuring staff are properly trained on procedures products and customer service expectations
- ensuring the pro shop is clean organized and inviting to customers
- collaborating with other golf course departments such as food and beverage and outside services
- enforcing golf course rules and policies
- assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned
