Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic computer skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with racquet sports is a plus
- knowledge of online court reservation systems is a plus
- strong diplomatic and non-confrontational problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Greet residents, help with HOA policies and reservations for courts
- check all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures
- promote activities and special events at the facilities
- provide accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area
- answer guest questions and provide directions
- perform administrative responsibilities in support of the General Manager and Sports Director
- activate appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency
- assist with faxing, copying and message taking duties
- promptly answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location
- ensure regular and reliable attendance
- perform other duties as required
- monitor courts and pool areas when necessary
