Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with customer management software
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about paint products and sales techniques
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Engage with professional painting contractors and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with Behr outside sales representatives and Home Depot Pro Desk staff
- Pull and tint paint orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist contractors with selecting appropriate paint products and sundry tools
- Enter new leads and contacts into the customer management software Salesforce
- Provide exceptional customer service to professional clients to ensure a high-quality paint store experience
- Maintain professionalism and teamwork within the Home Depot vendor and staff environment
