Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- May be required to pass a Driver's Record check
- Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
- Allow appropriate entry into each venue by collecting and/or scanning tickets and verifying wristbands and badges
- Demonstrate understanding of the policies, procedures, and regulations of various venues, facilities, and events
- Greet guests warmly at entrances, aisles, concourses, or other locations with genuine friendliness
- Provide helpful directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience
- Use natural speaking voice with friendly tone and inflection during guest interactions
- Ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
