Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- access to reliable transportation
- willingness to travel within five-county service area
- availability to attend events outside normal business hours
- strong attention to detail
- ability to balance multiple responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- strong organizational skills
- strong communication skills
- strong computer skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- comfort navigating social events and building professional relationships
- familiarity with civil legal services or Massachusetts legal system preferred
- fluency in Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- administer volunteer programs for private attorneys
- conduct client intakes
- manage weekly in-person and remote lawyer-for-the-day programs and pro bono clinics
- refer pro bono cases to volunteer attorneys
- provide ongoing administrative support to volunteers
- maintain accurate case records in case management system
- engage in outreach and recruitment of volunteer attorneys
- assist in coordinating and presenting volunteer training events
- prepare periodic grant reports
