Job Requirements
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- High school diploma or GED
- Must live within 20 minutes of the Canton, Georgia location
- At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
- Comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift
- Possess an active in-state regular driver’s license (no permits or probationary licenses)
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
- Ability to work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Able to operate apps and technology on a tablet
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
- Safely able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills in physically demanding work environments
- Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs effectively
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
- Work continuously outdoors throughout the entire shift, sometimes exposed to severe weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement elements
- Physically assist with walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of luggage or belongings in and out of patients' vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service
- Utilize technology and apps daily to maintain efficient operations and vehicle logistics
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment consistently
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor showing compassion and empathy
- Provide assistance to individuals with mobility challenges including offering wheelchair and escort services as needed
